Questions clinics ask first.

Something else? Ask us on WhatsApp.

What happens if the internet goes down?

Tibb OS is online and needs a connection to save a visit. A phone on mobile data works as a backup, and no patient data stays in a shared PC's browser.

Does it work on phones?

Yes. Tibb OS installs as a PWA straight from the browser on Android, iPhone and desktop. No app store. On a phone it gets its own tab bar.

Who owns the data, and where is it hosted?

Your clinic owns its records. On the demo call we'll show where they are hosted and how access is controlled.

We use paper or other software. How do we switch?

Staff, fees, drug list and templates are set up once, then patients get an MR number on their first visit. Have records elsewhere? Bring an export to the demo and we'll tell you what can come across.

How much does it cost?

First 2 months free. Then Rs. 1,000 a month per clinic, or Rs. 9,000 a year, which saves 25%. Everything included, unlimited doctors. Details on the pricing page.
